Admissions
Documents needed for registering your child at St. John Bosco School:
- Copy of student's current report card and TAKS test scores (if applicable) on the day the placement test is administered
- Original and copy of Official Health Department Birth Certificate (not the hospital copy)
- Original and copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Original and copy First Holy Communion Certificate (if applicable)
- Original and copy of Immunization Record (official and up-to-date)
- Original and copy of child's Social Security card
- Registration fee of $200.00 in cash (non-refundable)
- A testing/interview fee of $15.00 (cash, only) is required
You will be given a date on which you can come and register your child once you receive word that your child is accepted. At the time of registration, please allow yourself enough time to fill out the required registration forms.
